INTRIGUE SPORTSCAP is a football handicapping site that uses a computer program to scan for disparities between the printed betting line on NFL and NCAA football games against past results. We use a computer program, called “Stella,” that points to the disparities between the current betting line and her projected spread. In scanning 30 years of data, Stella has shown that the betting line is sometimes wrong. Those are the games Stella scans for and selects. On any weekend she has produced as few as two and as many as twelve selections on NCAA and NFL games. You won’t hear us touting any “experts” called Jim, Bob, or Bill stroking their hot picks and egos. We trust the data Stella provides.

At INTRIGUE SPORTSCAP we use two computers that use a program we created that points out disparities between the current betting line and our projected spread.  We only program and chart NCAA football and NFL games.  We have no selections for Week 1 in either league as opening week results establish the baseline for our model.

Both college and pro weekly selections are posted on our site at roughly at 12:00 PM (Eastern time) on Thursdays.  Our NFL package includes the Monday Night game when it appears as a selection.

Rankings: We don’t rank our selections using 4 STARS or 2 STARS or GRADES A through C.  We are not going to say, “If you would NOW like access to our best advice and pay a little more to upgrade your level THEN …” At Intrigue Sports, our picks are our picks.  Our picks are our BEST picks.
